个人经历：Rupert Ward is a former Special Adviser to the Royal Household and former Project Lead for iDEA (idea.org.uk), one of the world's most successful badging solutions which is used in over 95% of all countries. He has also co-developed one of the leading global technology acceptance models (GETAMEL), and he currently leads the development of a global accreditation standard for badging and microcredentialing as part of his role as Director of Strategic Partnerships, and a member of the Executive Board, of the International Council on Badges and Credentials.

He is a National Teaching Fellow and Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has been part of teams recognised nationally for assessment and feedback (Highly Commended, ICT Innovation of the Year, THE Leadership & Management Awards), student experience (National Acquisitions Group Award for Excellence and Guardian Award for Student Experience), customer service excellence and enterprise.
